This Summer Institute began last week at Bridgewater State College with five days of intensive work led by Tim Mitchell, Paul Anthony, Ron Norsworthy and Frank Guiliano and hosted by the Southeast PALMS Coalition.

On the second week the Institute came to New Bedford for an intensive, hands-on five days. Images from the first day are shown to the right.
